You cannot copy, resell, or distribute our template configurations to other agencies or commercial parties.

5. Infrastructure Payments & GHL Access

Wholesale Pricing Model: We provide premium system components based on transparent wholesale delivery models to keep tools affordable for small businesses. All costs are processed securely in British Pounds (GBP £) through GoHighLevel (GHL) integrated payment channels like Stripe or PayPal.

System Delivery: Once an implementation agreement is completed, your custom modules are deployed directly into your local business dashboard. Maintenance terms, software hosting paths, and ongoing configurations depend strictly on your active dashboard service tier.

6. Refund Policy

Digital Training & Standard Guides: We offer an honest 14-day money-back guarantee on standalone digital blueprints. If you are not satisfied, write to us at hello@gochuchuro.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

Custom Technical Implementations: Because setting up websites, automation pipelines, and custom CRM dashboards requires immediate manual engineering labor and software allocation, completely finalized and deployed configurations are non-refundable once activated.

7. Coaching Cancellations & Support Rules

If you need to reschedule a booked 1:1 business triage coaching session, you must give us at least 48 hours' notice by email or WhatsApp text thread. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or failure to attend a scheduled session, may result in that session slot being forfeited without a rescheduling option, at our discretion.

8. Educational Nature of Services

Our platform provides technical automation infrastructure and strategy coaching support. We offer excellent growth guidelines, but our services do not constitute certified legal, tax, or regulated corporate financial advice. You remain fully responsible for the daily commercial choices and regulatory practices of your small business.

9. Limitation of Liability

GoChuchuro will not be held liable for any direct or indirect business losses, operational delays, or software interruptions resulting from the use or integration of our digital tools. We build highly secure systems, but you retain ultimate operational supervision over your customer relationships.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed strictly by the laws of England and Wales. Any operational disputes or legal matters will be handled exclusively within the courts of England and Wales.
